Terms and Conditions

We Florist Xpress treat consumer friendly policy and are open to consumer feedbacks and suggestion. In order to entrust smiles along with a strong trust and to avoid any sort of inconvenience we have a declared set of terms and conditions attached with our delivery services. Kindly go through our term & conditions :-

 1. All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are subject to availability.

 2. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. Certain flowers and plants may be delivered in "bud" to ensure longer life.

3. We value occasions and salute your feelings & hence we are always ready with an alternative /substitution plan for your orders in case of unforeseen circumstances. So that you never miss an occasion.

4. We do report the sender about the substitution in their orders but in case if it’s not possible we will try to delight up your day by delivering a replica of your order. Check our substitution policy for more details.

 5. All orders will be delivered during the working day between 10 am and 7pm.

 6. In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on next working day.

 7. Delivery confirmation for all midnight deliveries will be notified next day before 10:00 am (from scheduled time of delivery).

 8. Our normal delivery hours are between 10 am - 7 pm

9. Midnight delivery hours are between 11:30 pm - 12:30 am  and In case of Same day delivery , no cancellation and  no refund will be given.

10.Express Delivery is usually completed within  5 hrs or as scheduled.

11. Delivery might not be possible under unavoidable circumstances but if any delusions occur from our end we guarantee a 100% refund policy within 15 days from the delivery date.

 12. During peak holidays, festivals or events, our customer service agents may not be able to provide immediate delivery confirmation. However please be assured that our team is working hard to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.

 13. We do buzz up the recipients before the dispatch. But in case of absence of the recipients or their representatives /wrong address/wrong contact numbers -we have the right to take the order as delivered and will not be held responsible in this accord.

 14. Please note that the order will not be redirected or redelivered in a new address in any circumstances.

 15.While we really understand "Message on Card" and "Message on Cake" is extremely important to be accompanied with flowers and gifts. However due to large number of complexities, we unfortunately do not guarantee the accuracy and delivery of such messages. It goes without saying that every possible care and attention is taken to ensure we do not miss on these messages, however we will not take any guarantee about spelling mistakes or missing message on cake. What's good here is, that it is very rare that we miss on these messages. And in such case, usually our team makes an effort to put things right by apologizing to recipient and also sending complimentary flowers when possible. Please co-operate.

16. No other claim of whatsoever nature would be entertained (except the 100% money back claim).

17. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally..

18. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of any cancellations of your orders you need to inform us on our customer care no. Or email us at support@floristxpress.com , a day in advance ie. 24 hrs prior to the delivery date as we would not be able to cancel your orders which are already en- route/processed or delivered.

19. OUR ALTERATION POLICY:

Changes in your orders could be entertained only if the order has not been processed /arranged.For any changes call on our customer care no. and inform our customer care representative 24 hrs prior to your delivery date.

20. Please note that Flowers, cakes, sweets etc are perishable in nature and are hence sourced from the Local vendors and will be hand delivered.

21. All images of products shown on website is for sample purpose , the products designs may vary from 15-20% from place to place as shown in the image.

Flowers might arrive in bud/Semi bloom/fully bloom condition as per local availability at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color), Basket, Vase & other products with equal value or higher value due to temporary, regional availability issues.

Please Note: The delivery of cakes will not be possible in the early morning since we deliver only fresh cakes. Cakes are sourced from the best confectionery in the place of delivery and can be delivered between 12 p.m and 6 p.m.
