Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by emailing us at [email protected]  Please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

Order cannot be cancelled or modified within 24 hrs from delivery date.

In case of Same day delivery , no cancellation and  no refund will be given.

In rare case of service failure or quality complaint, you can write an email to [email protected]  and our team will respond you within 24 hours.

Our team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to re-deliver your product with complimentary flowers within next 24 hrs.

In case we are not able to process your order due to area not in service area then order can be on hold with us for future use so that you can use the same amount whenever you wish for any delivery within our service limit within a period of one year or it can be fully refunded to the customer within 15 days.

If delivery is attempted to the given address and items have been arranged and recipient is not able to accept the items due to some reasons, order will be treated as delivered.

We will take maximum two attempt to make the delivery to the requested address incase delivery has not been made due to the reasons like, recipient not available at given address, wrong address, wrong phone number etc.

We will always request you to please provide a valid phone number with an alternate contact number to avoid any issue in delivery so that delivery person can call the recipient in any issue regarding delivery.

Refund will be processed through same mode within 7 working days.
